Storyline: Ultimately the 16th hole is about the crowd and after four days I finally got the shot I was looking for. My favorite face: A small pair of sunglasses looking up from beneath the scrum of hands reaching for the ball.

Storyline: The day started at 7am with the quarterfinals and the rain started around noon with the semi’s. By the time the players reached this hole, the par 3 12th, they were on their 40th +/- of the day as both had played quarter-final morning rounds. With the light dwindling, play was suspended after two more holes and resumed the following morning with Casey besting Villegas to move onto the finals against Ian Poulter.
